Meet Howard Finkle

Howard Finkle is a Chicago guy. He knows his way around the city and the suburbs. A graduate of Sullivan High School and Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, he now calls the North Shore Suburbs home. He likes Chicago sports, roots for both the Cubs and the White Sox (which may explain a little bit about his negotiating prowess), enjoys going out to eat at many of the fine suburban restaurants (make sure to ask him for some of his favorites), going to the movies and travelling.

Prior careers  include working for an Engineering Search Firm and as an accountant. His passion has always been working with people, so real estate was the perfect match. Almost 17 years later he enjoys real estate as much as his first day on the job.

Clients are drawn to Howard's easy going personality. He is the kind of person you want to be your neighbor, always willing to help.

Excerpts from an interview with Howard...

What do your clients value?

They value the knowledge and experience I have in every aspect of the buying and selling processes of the real estate transaction.  They value the caring I exhibit (I care about my clients and provide advice in certain circumstances, for example if they own property whether to buy or sell first). My clients know they can always reach me.  They realize that I give a high degree of customer service and no matter how many clients I am working with, each client gets enough time and attention to feel like they are my only client.  My clients value my negotiating skills.  If any problems arise during the transaction or afterwards, they feel comfortable coming to me because if I can’t personally take care of the matter, I usually know someone who can help solve the problem.
